Quality policy

CONTROL FOOD is a limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw, entered into the National Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw Warszawa, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under no KRS 0000134400.

The laboratory is a research department of the CONTROL FOOD limited liability company, whose task is to professionally and reliably perform food analyzes using established and proven methods appropriate to customer requirements.

The staff consists of highly qualified people for whom the quality of services provided and achieving customer satisfaction is a priority..

The CONTROL FOOD laboratory pursues the following quality objectives::

• Performing research at a high quality level that meets the client’s expectations by providing reliable research results that are: reliable – i.e. performed in accordance with good professional practice, credible – i.e. that the given numerical value increased by the uncertainty range contains, with a certain probability, the actual value of the parameter under examination, useful – i.e. those that will allow the customer to solve his problem.
• Building and maintaining the opinion of a reliable, kind and trustworthy partner for customers and everyone interested in cooperation with the Laboratory.
• Guaranteeing the impartiality of the Laboratory’s activities, as well as the confidentiality of research and protection of the client’s property rights.
• Use of appropriate, high-quality measuring and testing equipment.
• Constant striving to implement new research techniques and methods.

The management system, developed and implemented in accordance with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard, covers the entire area of the Laboratory’s activity. Applying the principles and assumptions of the system in practice allows us to maintain the appropriate quality of research results, and thus meet the expectations of customers and obtain their satisfaction. Continuous improvement of the system and the search for better solutions is the goal of all persons involved in the proper functioning of the system.

CONTROL FOOD laboratory continues its cooperation with the Polish Research Laboratories Club POLLAB started on August 6, 1993 under membership number 178
